RJA #7 Evaluation of Sources
I am kind of disappointed with all my reaserch so far everything I saved on my Dilicious page is relevent to my subject; however, all the pages I saved are about the Dada movement and how it started but I have no information on the argumintive side of this paper, so I will have to go back through an research more to find papers and articales, books and so forth to find the argumentative side of this paper.

Research Questions
Should Readymade art be considered art.
My goal is to argue that readymade art is not a valid form of art; also I would like to inform people the fine line of what is called art or not art. Some art terms I will have defined in my paper. There are not a whole lot of different aspects to this subject that i could come up with a lot of questions. People I would be writing for is art enthusiasts or for people that do not know much about the Dada movement and how readymade art ended up on the map.

Research topic focus
- Lack of creativity.
- Infringement on patents and copyright laws.
- Taking credit for someone else work.
- How it came to be claimed art.
- Does not fall under normal criteria for art.
Change of research topic.
The topic that I chose before; I could not find any information, so I have changed it. I have chosen a topic that is related to Art, It is; Is readymades considered art. I chose this topic because, I am already familiar with the subject, also it is a topic that has, and will continue to be an issue.
This particular subject in art has yet been explored extensively, or even argued that much. What I know of this subject is readymade art is taking an everyday object and slapping there name on it and calling it art. This type of art comes from the Dada movement in the 1920's.
The part I would like to gain insight on a little more is how a lack of creativity and hands on work can possible be considered art. Another aspect of the subject I would like to know if someone did not create a piece of work with there bare hands isn't it considered a copyright law or equivalent to plagiarism.

Research Topic
I believe my topic is going to be: To much leisure time in prisons, and jails. The reason why I picked this subject is; because as a taxpayer it iratest me to know that prisoners have the same luxury's as they would outside of being incarcerated. I feel that there are solutions that would help the economy, and help states out as far as public service, and even a solution to in prison and jail violence. That is what I know of the subject this far.
I really do not know to much except that they get to watch television, they have timed outside time, and they have weights they can exercise on. I feel that the prisons and jails are over crowded and from what I know; when there is a huge population stuffed in to a maximum capacity building or with any living courtiers people begin to get violent and very territorial, and I think promoting chain gangs, and participating in public services; these prisoners would be to tired to fight. See I look at them as they are two years old in the since that they need to run around and get all there extra energy out.
As for what I do not know, is a lot I am sure. I would like to now what the legality issues are that may prevent this kind of set up that I am arguing. I definitely would like to know if how the prison and jail systems are portrayed on television; if that is how it really is. I am curious to some level if this would be promotable to the jails and prisons in Colorado or any othe states.
